I started playing on 15/03/2024 and was enjoying the platform. I deposited twice (2.8 mBTC + 12.41 mBTC) and won around 1 mBTC. However, last night my account was banned for no apparent reason. When I contacted support, they said, "The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason. Withdrawal is allowed. Please create a withdrawal request for all remaining funds on your gaming account."

Although I was able to withdraw my funds without any issues, I've never been banned from a bookmaker without being allowed to continue playing. I’m still trying to understand what happened. This is my honest review.
