This company is a total scam—they completely cheated me. I created a new account and made my first deposit, but when I won money and tried to withdraw, they put my withdrawal on hold and requested documents for verification. Even after providing all the required documents, including my National ID, a profile video, a selfie while holding my ID, and screenshots of chats with the security team, the company still hasn’t resolved the issue.

It’s been 20 days now, and I’ve reached out to their support team multiple times, but there has been no progress. Stay away from this company; they are not trustworthy!
