Deposits work really smoothly on this site, but withdrawals are a different story! When you try to withdraw, you're caught in a loop of automated responses asking for ID cards and a passport sent via email. Even after providing all the requested documents, nothing happens. They even suggest changing your email to a @gmail.com account because "they might not be able to read mail from other domains." Seriously? I've tried for two days from two different emails and still no progress. I give up. Please, please do NOT send money to these scammers!
