Payouts happen so slowly, and email responses should be delayed by a few days. I made a 5,000€ withdrawal on October 9, 2022, and was paid 1000€ twice a month; however, I have yet to get my final 1000€ settlement. I have nothing positive to say other than the games are good and the deposit is working (they took the money but didn't pay ????). Play elsewhere, but not in this place.
