After wagering the bonus more than 6x, they refused to clear it, cancelled the bonus, and essentially stole my money, claiming I hadn’t met the requirements—11 days before the timeframe ended. I had to chat with their support four times before they finally admitted they were wrong and transferred the money to my real balance. But just after that, they blocked my balance and refused my withdrawal.

First, they said I needed to wager the money again 1x, then they apologized and said their finance department was "looking into it." I've been waiting for days with no answer or return.

To make matters worse, I started getting phishing calls shortly after registering. Avoid them. They're sketchy, untrustworthy, and not worth your time.
