I have never had a worse experience than I have at this casino. They requested supporting documentation from me. (which I did, and it was approved twice) and a support person guided me through the rest of the procedure. I was accepted and validated following an hour of back and forth. Then they returned it after two hours. and canceled my withdrawal. Informs me that my bill was fake and requests my bank statement. If you value your time, stay away from this. The customer service is worthless.
