"If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm appalled by the ridiculous and insulting process customers now face to withdraw THEIR money. We needed cash to pay a builder for a deck, and instead of a smooth transaction, we were subjected to a demeaning interrogation by the bank. The cashier couldn't process the amount, the manager grilled my husband about the legitimacy of the expense, and we had to provide extensive documentation for withdrawing our own funds. It's disgraceful that banks impose such invasive procedures on regular citizens. This isn't about protecting customers—it's a blatant power play. After over 40 years with multiple accounts and loans, this is the service we receive? Shame on you, NAB."
