Absolutely horrendous! Every other betting company refunded or voided their bets on Reece Walsh after he got injured in the 2nd minute, but not this one—they just kept the bets as losses. It's the worst experience, so stay away. Customer service is awful, like trying to talk to a possum that's been hit by a car on the side of the road. Not even close to being helpful.
