In light of our prior correspondence, I would want to let you know that I will work with my attorney to reopen the matter pertaining to my complaint and seek additional legal action. I'll update the KSA and all parties involved on any developments. Even if the costs of going to court exceed what I will be able to recoup, I am committed to doing so. I've made numerous attempts to resolve the issue, but each time I get the same generic message. I'm committed to protecting my rights, and I'll do whatever it takes to do so.
