Awful company, worst customer service. Closed my account with no reason specified, despite over £7k in profit. XSP bets weren't matched or honored, then they closed the account. Our whole household used Betdaq, but they closed mine and my friend's accounts because we're at the same address and have the same IP, claiming only one user per household. Will never recommend to anyone serious about exchange betting—best left to those who only want to lose.
