I placed a £10 bet on American racing at 4/1 and watched the horse win. However, 40 minutes later, the payout was still pending. Eventually, the bet vanished from my account with no winnings.

I contacted customer service, but they claimed I never placed the bet. Despite being on a winning streak, I never received any satisfaction from their support team.

Copybet now wants further information via Trustpilot review, but I assure you, this issue is 100% genuine. The bet was placed, won, and then disappeared from my account. This site is not to be trusted at all.
