I have been a user since 2023, and suddenly on August 24th, my account (User ID: 539126495) was restricted. I submitted all my documents on August 24th and have sent over 5 reminder emails since then, but I still haven't received a response from the security department. The customer support keeps saying to wait. It's been over 10 days now. This app is a scam; they even reversed my winnings on August 24th. They seem fine if you keep losing, but once you win, they restrict your account, and the security team doesn't respond. Stay away from this app.
