All the excellent reviews must be from years ago. The redirected 5-star reviews are likely fake or from simpletons. Betfair seems to live off past glory, showing no interest in customer support. Live chat disconnects and offers minimal help, and it's nearly impossible to speak with a real person. Their attitude is appalling, and they’ve gone from being the best exchange in the world to total mediocrity. What a fall from grace.
