My life's worst gambling experience. They defrauded me of a win of $50,000 USD.

I've been playing for about a year, and I've had no trouble making deposits or losing.
After I won, they began the KYC and held me for weeks without responding. Ultimately, the account was closed while verification was being done, which hasn't been finished yet.

Please be advised that although KYC procedures can take a few days and I have numerous accounts at various casinos, I have never experienced any problems.
When they demand withdrawals, they actually misuse the KYC procedure to shut down people's accounts.
