I’ve been a Betsson user for a long time, but last week my account was suddenly blocked. Customer service asked for identity and utility bill documents. Even though I sent the documents immediately, my account is still locked. There was no communication during this process. This attitude disregards users’ time and trust. Betsson’s approach is a major flaw in terms of customer satisfaction. I demand my account to be reopened immediately and measures to prevent such issues in the future.
