Betwinner is incredibly frustrating. They blocked my withdrawal for "security reasons" on August 6th. The next morning, I emailed them, and they requested documents. I provided all necessary documents, and they assured me that the ID verification would be completed within 24 hours.

After waiting 24 hours without receiving any updates, I inquired about the status. They kept asking me to wait but did not request any additional documents. It seems they are just waiting for me to lose all my money so they won’t have to process my withdrawal.

Be cautious: if you win, they may prevent you from withdrawing under the guise of security reasons. Even after submitting all required documents, they might delay ID verification indefinitely until you lose all your money. If you try to push for a resolution, they may even threaten to permanently block your account.

Be careful with Betwinner. They appear to have a strategy where, once you deposit, it's fine if you lose, but if you win, they will hinder your withdrawal. They’ll request documents and not respond until you’ve lost everything. If you persist in contacting them, they might blackmail you into blocking your account so you can't reach them anymore.
