I was a loyal customer of this site for over 3 years with no issues until recently. Once I started winning a few bets, my maximum stake was drastically reduced to just €0.10 per event. Even free bets are rendered useless due to this restriction. It feels like they penalize winners by limiting their betting options.

Customer support is also disappointing, with staff struggling to communicate effectively in English.

If they rectify this issue and allow me to bet without such restrictions, I will update this review. However, as it stands, their practices are unfair and frustrating.
