"I took advantage of the ‘Goodies’ cashback promo offering $5 back on fuel purchases over $50. I spent over $55 on July 10 at a participating retailer with my Visa Credit card. The cashback was promised within 2 weeks, but it's now been 5 weeks with no resolution. I’m getting nowhere with NAB’s customer service. Do I need to visit a branch to recover my $5? This has been a frustrating experience."
