I haven't had access to my account for 25 days, as it's supposedly under verification. I wasted hours on the support chat and they always say the same thing, that it's in the relevant department!!! I sent 26 emails to support and nothing!!! I have 200 euros in the account and I am unable to withdraw it, as I cannot access the account!! The lack of professionalism of this company is unbelievable, even though I am convinced that they want to steal my money!! 25 days to analyze 3 documents?!!! Do not sign up for this site, this company or any associated company. They are the most miserable thing ever.
