Terrible customer support. I deposited £500, but it hasn't been credited to my account despite providing my bank statement and other documents multiple times. They keep saying it will take 6-7 working days to resolve the issue, and sometimes they ask for the bank statement again. The staff are unhelpful and frustrating. This app is poor compared to others. I’m extremely frustrated and giving it a zero rating.
