To be brutally honest, Copybet had been fine until today. I believe they’ve taken money from me, and despite informing them I’d write a review, I’ve received no response.

Here’s my issue: I placed a £50 double bet on the American Open. Both games were to have more than 3.5 sets each. The first game ended 3-1, so I won. However, in the second game, Dimitrov retired in the 4th set while it was still ongoing. Copybet declared this a void bet, resulting in a return of only £68.50 instead of the £100 I expected.

Additionally, another £50 single bet on the same players only returned £50 instead of £73.

My question is: If the 4th set was being played, how was this not over 3.5 sets? The amount may be small, but the principle matters. If Copybet resolves this fairly, I’m willing to delete this review.
