As many others have experienced, my account is now frozen, and I’m unsure if or when it will be reopened or when I might get my money back.

Additionally, I didn’t receive the free bets promised during sign-up, supposedly because I didn’t use the "correct" payment method, despite using a standard debit card.

Customer support has been poor and operates with limited hours. I wish I had read the other reviews before signing up.
