This company is probably the worst casino I have used. They falsely advertise level rewards with 0 rakeback and incorrectly calculate both rakeback and rewards. Their customer service is nonexistent—chat support can't help and directs you to the VIP team, who take days to respond and never address all your concerns, only one at a time. They even breach their own terms and conditions. I’m in the process of taking legal action via the gambling commission and Costa Rica regulators due to their completely unacceptable and illegal operations. Stay away!
