Customer service is the worst. I misplaced the $9000 promotional code. When I tried to renew, I got no response from support. I earned the code, thus I received it. I've paid over 500k for this app, and I'm still getting nowhere. I've just requested a code renewal. They expired and I lost them along with my phone.
