I requested a withdrawal on October 6th around 2 AM. They accepted it the next morning but then canceled it. They initiated another request on my behalf, which has been pending for over 40 hours. They claim it's due to "security measures," but no other site like Betway, Bet365, or Unibet takes this long. Terrible service.
