I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for two withdrawals. One has been marked as “send” for 2 weeks, and the other is still “pending.”

I urgently need these funds and have already reached out via email. Normally, withdrawals take 2-3 days, but now, with €1000 and €999 in question, the delay is unacceptable.
