I made a deposit, and while the money left my bank account, it never arrived in my Mobilebet account. I reached out to support, and they asked for a screenshot of the payment with my bank details and name. Unfortunately, my bank app doesn't display my name in the transaction history, and it's impossible to take the screenshot they need. Now, I'm left with no solution and doubt I'll ever see my money again. Avoid this site!
