I had a frustrating experience with the welcome bonus. After selecting the wrong bonus, I reached out to a live agent. Although the initial connection took about 2 minutes, the agent disconnected from the chat without addressing my issue or providing any feedback. This is something I've never encountered with other casinos, and I'm quite disappointed. I won’t be playing with them again.
