Each week, I received emails from Palmerbet promoting Bonus Bets for placing 2nd or 3rd in certain greyhound races. I placed some bets, won on a few favorites, and even received a $50 Bonus Bet for a greyhound that came second. However, shortly after, I received an email stating that I was no longer entitled to Bonus Bets, and the $50 Bonus Bet was removed from my account. It's odd that they can retroactively revoke bonuses.

Since joining Palmerbet this year, I've lost over $200, so it's baffling that they see me as a threat to their bottom line. Their response to my inquiry was slow, and after multiple emails, they were dismissive. This experience has been quite disappointing.
