Advertised an offer to bet £10 and get £30, but I never received the free bet. Customer service responded with:

"Apologies Mark, but periodically, we review our accounts and occasionally decide to restrict bonus entries for some customers. On this occasion, you are one of these customers."

This is a scam company that doesn’t honor its deals. Avoid them!
