DraftKings is terrible. I won a bet over 8 hours ago, and they’re still only offering a cash out option! I’ve tried chatting, emailing, and everything else, but their customer service is the worst. Do yourself a favor and switch to FanDuel—faster payouts and extremely professional customer service.
