And why don't you say that I completed the verification process and sent in my ID, bank statement, a document proving my residency recognized by the Italian government, and all the information required, including account and email holders' names, bank names, bank addresses, Ibans, and Swift/BIC codes. That aspect isn't mentioned, am I correct? You claim that you are awaiting the verification procedure so that after reading this, people will believe that I am mistaken, right? You and I are playing the wrong game; I have all the screenshots. And it has been more than 4 days, and I haven't even gotten an email saying that my money has been returned.
