"ATM card was taken overseas because it was 'blocked,' but I was never notified. The NAB app provided no indication of the block. Spent 40 minutes on an international call; first rep couldn’t see the issue, and after being transferred and put on hold, the problem was still unresolved. Serious issues with in-house communication and app UI/UX. This has happened twice with different cards over two weeks, and a 'note' on the account did nothing. Avoid if you need reliable access to your money abroad."
