Although the app indicates that the payment was made successfully, I am unable to receive any money. I have sent our bank statement, and yesterday, on September 5, 2024, the support team informed us that our FINANCIAL team had checked the issue before returning an hour later. The support team also stated that although the payment was completed, he could not provide a fake UPI ID.
