I first played on the site and wanted to withdraw a portion of the money. When I asked for the same action, they denied my request and instead offered me instructions to send them a selfie and personal documents along with an email address. Naturally, I did that to confirm the account, but I haven't heard back from them. I've been attempting to withdraw my money for days, and all I've heard is to wait, followed by no response. Another email went unanswered.
