What’s with casinos? They take your money with no questions, but withdrawing funds is a nightmare. I deposited £250 and now want to withdraw £175, but they keep asking for verification.

I submitted a Citizen ID card, which they didn’t accept despite it being valid for other casinos. My passport is expired, though it still proves my identity.
