I had a terrible experience with this casino. Here’s what happened:

Initial Setup: I was instructed to use a VPN to access the casino. After making several deposits, I attempted to withdraw funds for the first time.

Account Verification: The casino asked for account verification, which I promptly completed by verifying my telephone number. However, just 15 minutes later, I was kicked out of the casino, and my account was blocked.

Further Verification: I received an email requesting additional verification documents. After submitting these, my account was unblocked, but only to find that my balance had dropped from $1800 to $16.93.

Support Response: When I reached out to support, they informed me that the funds could not be withdrawn because they were won from a restricted country. Additionally, my requests for a refund of my deposits were denied.

In my 15 years of online gambling, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. This casino seems to have a pattern of withholding funds and offering poor customer service. Avoid it if you can.
