My experience was horrendous! Items were unpriced and disorganized, forcing me to figure things out myself, like sizes and prices. Some staff members ignored customers to stay on their personal phones and chat with each other.

I was sent back and forth from one cashier to another, having to wait in line three times. The manager was incredibly rude and sarcastic. I had to wait for help for over 15 minutes in several areas.

Story:

Many items lacked prices, and the shelves and hangers were disorganized. Despite the store just opening, the issues persisted from previous visits. Most staff members were engaged in personal conversations and ignored customers asking for assistance, leaving me to figure things out on my own.

After waiting over two hours and struggling with self-checkout without any support, I was directed to two cashiers who made me wait in line three times, only to close as I approached. The customer service desk was unhelpful, with staff barely speaking English and frequently saying “Sorry, I no understand.”

I eventually stormed out, leaving everything behind. I called the manager, who was arrogant and sarcastic. She dismissed my concerns, sided with her employees, and was unresponsive to the issues at hand. She even sarcastically asked if I expected a free gift card for filing a complaint and told me not to be disrespectful if people didn't speak basic English, without acknowledging any wrongdoing.
