Naturally, when I check my account balance after finishing the game without winning a plush animal, I only have 6 euros left ????. I make no apologies when I call customer support to discuss the matter. 44 euros were suddenly tossed out the window without my intention; of course, this was the result of my ignorance. Seems highly doubtful to me.
