My latest interaction with JeffBet has left me feeling really let down. As requested by their support team, I sent all required documentation, including bank statements that showed deposits from my virtual cards. But in spite of everything I did, my account was suspended without any explanation or just recognition of the supporting documentation.

Considering how readily deposits were processed without any problems, the verification process seemed unduly time-consuming and challenging. I kept getting requested to supply documents that don't exist, even after I made several attempts to clarify that my cards are virtual and don't have physical fronts and backs.
