Joined, deposited, played, and placed bets. The next day, account was locked without explanation. Received an email asking for documents, but was then self-excluded for 6 months. Attempted to withdraw, but bonus money and winnings were surrendered. Support cited "remarks" made, but no prior contact was made. Still no funds, and account is under review for "multi-accounting." Stay away from this site.
