Karamba’s customer service has been a nightmare. I had a simple question about my account, but after multiple attempts to contact them via live chat and email, I received no response. This lack of support is frustrating and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect timely and helpful service. Karamba needs to improve its customer support system to ensure users’ issues are addressed promptly. This experience has made me reconsider using their platform in the future.
