I was asked to send documents to verify my account, which I did on the same day, August 24th. However, I still haven't received any response. Live chat keeps telling me to "kindly wait," but it feels like I'm just being brushed off. I’m still no closer to having my account verified and receiving my withdrawal.
Update: I understand that this process is necessary, but my complaint is specifically about the wait time and lack of communication. Generally, the website is good, and I'm happy to continue using it with my own card. However, the wait time and communication definitely need improvement.
