They took £10 from my bank account without permission, which led my bank to block my card, thinking it was fraud. Once I discovered it was Kwiff, I kindly requested a refund. In response, they suspended my account, demanded proof of identity, and refused to return my winnings or the £10 until they decided otherwise. Despite submitting all required documents, they simply ignore my requests.

It’s a real shambles. They were quick to respond to a negative review, but still haven’t replied to my emails as if they're too busy. They should focus on finding a solution instead of pretending to care.
