I still haven’t had my withdrawal processed. I keep getting the same excuses that my documents are under review, but I’ve never had this issue with any other site. They’re quick to take your money, but when it comes to paying out, it’s the same repetitive response. I just want my withdrawal processed so I can move on. The customer service agents are unhelpful and don’t seem to know anything. This is a total joke.
