This company is very dodgy. I won a few bets totaling £60 and tried to withdraw, but when I checked back five hours later, it was marked as failed. The balance didn’t return to my account, so it clearly hadn’t failed.

Customer support told me it would take another 48 hours to send the payment, which doesn’t make sense. They haven’t asked for any ID; they just seem unwilling to pay out. I have photos and videos of all my bets and their IDs. If the money isn’t in my account within 48 hours, I will escalate this to IBAS and let them handle it.
