I have been waiting for five months now for my payment of €6,652.50. All emails have been ignored for this entire period.

Regular players seem to receive their money without issue, so the problem doesn't appear to be with the payment processor. It seems that Casbit-Group N.V has ceased operations and a new company in Costa Rica has taken over.

This situation is nothing short of criminal!
