Last night, I purchased four $100 bonus buys, but the website collapsed, stealing my money and leaving me with nothing. Additionally, customer service did nothing when I showed them pictures of the bets showing no wins. The fact that it hasn't been settled and that I haven't received my money back makes me very unhappy.
I thus give it a one-star rating because I paid $$$$ to play. I'm not at all happy.
