I've been locked out of my account for over a week due to some "currency update." I received no notice about this update, and suddenly found myself unable to access my account. This has affected my active bets, which I couldn't manage.
Customer service has been extremely unhelpful, refusing to answer my questions about why there was no prior notice or when this issue will be resolved. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a betting site.
