My Unibet account was suddenly blocked, and I was asked to provide identity and address documents. Despite submitting the documents immediately, I haven’t received any response for over a week. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for users. Unibet needs to improve its customer service and verification processes. I demand my account to be reopened immediately and a clear explanation for the delay. Measures should be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
